The holiday apartment was originally built in 1936 and expanded around 1975, the facades were painted and the roofs were renovated in 2008-2009. The cottage has a spare fireplace. In the outer building there is an insulated and electrified guest room, a sauna, a dressing room and a bathroom. There is a spacious accommodation room at the beach sauna. Storage space can be found in several buildings. Water comes from the lake with a pump.
